The Vista SmartDisc 4 and SmartDisc 10 offer all the benefits of a remote transmission system with the addition of built-in powerful long term digital video recording.  Designed primarily with the security industry in mind, but never the less suitable for any remote-access digital recording application.  Vista’s SmartDisc range enables the efficient transmission of evidential quality live and recorded images for remotely monitored CCTV system by private or professional monitoring centres.  Up to six users can be connected at any one time from a range of communication mediums: 4 x IP, 1 x ISDN and 1 x serial connection (GSM, PSTN or ISDN modem), Providing full remote control of PTZ/dome cameras, SmartDisc allows full management of remote camera installations with 2 way audio communication and recording of evidential quality images to its integral hard drive. 

NOTE: A variant of the above the Vista SmartMobile is available for use in vehicles.
